Article 3. Objectives, major tasks in 2010 third quarter:
3.1. Goal Construction:
- University of Mining - Geology:
- The lecture hall:
+ Execution complete reinforced concrete frame, 5th floor, finished second floor
- Dormitory:
+ Construction completed the 8-storey reinforced concrete floors and built crude 5
- Hydropower Nam Cat:
+ Dams, sewage discharge and intake of sand: completion of drilling injection waterproofing, concreting phase 1, phase 2, is continuing construction of the concrete implementation of phase 3.
+ Tank pressure and valve: complete concrete tank bottoms, tank walls, and earth into the valve channel.
+ Pipeline pressure: finished digging the foundation pit stone, concrete anchors phase 1, phase 2 and phase 1 open due to anchor phase two.
Plant discharge canal +: complete rock excavation phase 3, the concrete above the 193.8 m high and transferred to the factory installation of equipment.
+ Electricity Station OPY: complete with concrete foundation and transferred to equipment installation.
- Nam Xay Noi 2 Hydropower:
+ Completion of road construction operation NV2;
+ Complete the construction of 35kV transmission line phase 2
+ Deployment tunnel construction; Complete excavation pit rock dam foundation;
+ Execution + ensures completed the bottom concrete pressure pipe.
+ Exploitation of forest products under the plan on forest areas for permit;
- Project Song Da, Binh Tan: Leveling the area has completed site clearance procedures;
3.2. The goal of investment projects:
* The project of new urban areas of Hong Thai strictly adhere to the review of planning to carry out the next task;
* The project municipality Song Da Binh Tan:
- Clearance completed 60 -70% of the area;
- Approving the master plan is finished 1 / 500 and publication in accordance with planning;
- Finish construction technical design;
* Hydropower Project Nam Xay Noi 2:
- Bidding and contract negotiation of the project to purchase equipment
- Liberating the entire surface of the finished project
- Finish construction technical design;
* Other projects
- Stick to a written schedule approved by the local government as an investor for a project in Bac Ninh and some other projects on the city of Hanoi.
3.3. Amending and supplementing regulations decentralized financial management, economics for investment projects, enhance the supervision and technical management of projects and works;
3.4. Establishment and implementation of plans to mobilize capital to ensure progress in 2010 of the investment projects;
3.5. To complete the handover procedures for JSC Sung stood.
3.6. Unanimously selected Consultant Co. Accounting and Auditing Vietnam is the audited financial statements in 2010;
3.7. Approve the bid and plans to manage costs for PMU of Nam Xay Noi 2 hydro projects;
Article 4: General Director of the Company shall direct the plan to implement the content as prescribed by law and the Charter of organizing activities, the regulation of decentralized management of the Company;
